Cellsys移动应用软件（以下简称CellsysApp）是一款结合Cellsys后台管理系统（以下简称Cellsys Manager）以及Cellsys通讯终端的移动应用。该应用能够在离和在线的情况下，访问和使用 Cellsys Manager 后台数据，实现个人位置定位、用户轨迹/事件上传、地理围栏区域感知、GIS应用、文本/语音实时通讯、消息推送、收发卫星短报文等。
CellsysApp可以在传统2G/3G/4G/5G无线网络、Cellsys自组网、北斗卫星网络以及脱网的情况下使用。在不同的网络环境下提供几乎一致的操作体验。
